Dr. Heckard oversees:

• Working with schools/colleges to ensure student outcomes assessment data are used to document needs for appropriate curricular and institutional changes and to track implementation of those changes
• Submit annual reports on assessment to institutional stake holders
• Providing leadership to respond to NCA requirements for accreditation, including monitoring changes in requirements and alternatives available to the campus
• Keep deans, faculty and other campus constituents informed on NCA accreditation and assessment issues

Ms. Fabbro has responsibility for majors items, including the budget, that affect the Provost's Office.

Ms. Sollinger is the hard-working secretary who greets everyone who comes into the office.
